Antalya is the region we toured towards the end of our journey. It is called the Turquoise Coast and is on the gorgeous southwestern Mediterranean coastline of Turkey. We took a wonderful boat ride and swam in a protected cove in the gorgeous clear waters. We saw a fantastic sunken city (picture below) along the coastline that dates back to Roman times. There were peaks around every turn of our bus ride. It reminded us of Italy's famous Amalfi Coastline. We even saw an ancient preserved Roman Aqueduct.
