Moving & Closing

This morning we closed on our house in Dickinson after a flurry of last minute concerns. Our money travelled by wire to Boston almost instantly! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Our realtor, Jan Howard, was truly wonderful throughout the whole process of selling our house. Find her at Space Center REMAX, http://www.janhoward.net/. The new owners are moving into a wonderful custom home at a great price that can't be duplicated in Florida.


While our house closed in Dickinson, we were at the Sandstar Design Center in Fort Meyers picking out the tile, wood, carpet and other stuff for our new house. Construction should start in March.



Earlier in the week, Mayflower delivered our funiture and other stuff to our rental house. Stuffing our stuff in this house and a storage locker has consumed most the week. The payoff - we can get both cars in the garage.
