March 20 - Viking offers cooking classes with the Chef at a nominal charge. I was surprised that only 4 passengers took advantage of this opportunity. I think it was not well publicized! The 4 of us instantly bonded - two where from Australia and 2 from the US (the US gal is from Seattle). The chef showed us how to make risotto, a veal dish called saltimbocca and tiramisu. It was a lot of fun and we got to taste each creation. We decided to call ourselves the "Viking Foodies" and on Wednesday we are all meeting for dinner, Table for 8, including spouses.
