Webb Lake Ride

This morning we hauled our bikes to Webb Lake for a leisurely  ten mile ride along Webb Lake with Michele and Marcia. More than few bikers and fishermen were out to enjoy a partly cloudy morning.  https://myfwc.com/recreation/lead/babcockwebb/

Masked Calusa

Even the Calusa take the cornavirus seriously.

Here's some Covid Recipes that I made.  Also did a great Eggplant Italian Sauce, but I forgot to get a picture of it!

Claire sent me this recipe - Shrimp with Feta Cheese - Yum!

Social Distancing - Saturday April 18

Water Aerobics via Zoom in the Morning

Walking along the Peace River in the afternoon, we passed under the US 41 bridges. Turned out hot and humid when the sun came out with not more than dozen walkers about.  We are experiencing record breaking high temperatures here in Southwest Florida. Global Warming is here!

Stealth Cruise to Pelican Bay April 7th - 8th

Super Moon Over Pelican Bay

PG Islanders marveled at the largest supermoon of the year rising over Pelican Bay Tuesday evening, April 7th. The cruised was unannounced on the website to avoid spreading the Coronavirus via the Internet. Rather FPES transceivers*
provided communication as Islanders made their way to Pelican Bay one by one without a cruise leader to keep order. The commodore's Impulse anchored near Lickity Split and among the thirty plus boats riding easily on the Bay's clear water. Islanders maintained social distancing as they visited each other via dinghy or kyak. Islander vessels participating in this lovely cruise: Sea Tryst, Catherine Marie, North Star, Impulse, Kai Lani and Lickity Split.
